Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or if you no longer require the item.

Faulty or Incorrect Products

If you receive an item that is:

Faulty or defective;
Incorrectly supplied;
Damaged during transit; or
Not as described,

please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Where required, we may request:

Your order number;
A description of the issue;
Photos or videos showing the problem.

Once assessed, we will repair, replace or refund the product where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Electrical Products

Electrical products, including wiring harnesses and electronic components, must not be modified, cut, spliced or altered.

Products that have been incorrectly installed, modified, damaged during installation, subjected to misuse, or used outside their intended purpose are not covered by this policy.

Where an electrical product is returned as faulty, it may be inspected and tested before a refund or replacement is approved.

Cosmetic Products

Minor cosmetic variations that do not affect the function or performance of the product are not considered defects.

Damage caused after delivery, incorrect installation, misuse or normal wear and tear is not covered.
